News Osmosis: The Largest Court in the world is in town
Kuala Lumpur Court Complex – the largest court in the world, is expected to be completed fully and ready for occupancy on 1st May 2007, two(2) months from now. By then, all courts in all over K.L. would be shifted to here to be under one roof.
This new court complex comprises of 77 courts, which includes 30 High courts and 21 Majestic courts and the project was started back in March 2004, covering an area of 12 acres in Jalan Duta, K.L. Within the compound, you could find 1000 carparks which are going to be shared by jurisdiction officers and the publics. It also provide facilities such as Wi-fi services, commercial centre, restaurants, mini recreational park and entertainment and leisure centre. The whole project costs nearly RM300 Million.
For me, I just wish that it will attract opportunities to the area and property value around the area would appreciate, especially my home, Royal Domain.

hi, i chanced upon your blog while researching about Mayland and its Royal Domain condominium.
I'm planning to make that place a home and spotted some units that I'm interested.
The offer price is quite high - about RM290k for 1260sf. Do you think this is reasonable? Can you tell me what was the developer price in 2004?
